My team and I provide full-service event planning, creative design, and seamless management from concept through execution. While we offer a beautiful selection of decorations and rentals, we happily collaborate with other trusted vendors to bring your entire vision to life. We particularly enjoy crafting corporate events — including product launches, fundraisers, client entertaining, and employee gatherings — as well as special celebrations, especially baby showers, birthday parties (Quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, and milestone birthdays), and weddings, tailoring each experience to reflect your unique style and goals.

Upscale Event Planning - Social and Corporate Events

• Social Events

  Full planning service to elevate your event with thoughtful, expert care. This option is perfect for baby showers, birthday parties (especially Quinceañeras, Sweet 16, and milestone celebrations), proposals, bridal showers, engagement parties, anniversaries, and even divorce parties. We will design, plan, and manage every detail so you can relax and fully enjoy your time with guests. Service includes a creative design session, comprehensive project and budget management, guest RSVP coordination, and on-site event management. Flat fee of 20 percent of the event budget (minimum $500).

• Corporate Events

  Full planning service with focused attention to brand awareness for your next corporate event (brand launch, annual meeting, employee appreciation, fundraiser, and more). We will design, plan, and manage every detail for your firm. Service includes a creative design session, comprehensive project and budget management, logistics coordination, event registration and RSVP handling, sponsor and vendor coordination, and full on-site event management. Flat fee of 20 percent of the event budget.

• Day-of-Coordinator Event Service

  Includes an initial consultation plus comprehensive event coordination for up to 10 hours on your event day. This service covers logistics, timeline management, and vendor supervision so you can relax and enjoy your wedding. Total investment: $1,800.

• Month-of-Event Planning

  Includes an initial consultation, a thorough, detailed event venue walkthrough, professional vendor contract review, a finalized event timeline, a one-hour rehearsal, and comprehensive event management coverage for up to 10 hours on your event date. Total investment: $2,200.

• Full-Service Event Planning.

  Includes an initial consultation to explore your vision and goals in detail, event design and styling thoughtfully tailored to your chosen theme, careful vendor selection and coordination with our trusted partners, attendee communication and RSVP management, an event venue walkthrough to ensure flawless setup, thorough review and clarification of vendor contracts, a finalized and detailed event timeline, thoughtfully curated attendee favors, and full event management coverage for up to 10 hours on your event date. Total investment: $5,000.
